Dancing Café

Unfortunately bad service, we waited a really long time to order at the counter and the barista completely ignored us and didn't even look at us. A simple "wait a second, i'll be with you in a few minutes" would've done the trick, but we just felt really uncomfortable and would have left without ordering if we hadnt already sat down Coffee was okay, nothing special

This place is an absolute embarrassment. The service is so bad it feels intentional—staff act like your presence personally offends them. Eye-rolling, ignoring customers, and straight-up attitude seem to be part of their training program. And let’s be clear: the behavior here isn’t just rude, it’s blatantly racist. The way certain customers are treated compared to others is disgusting and impossible to ignore. If you enjoy being judged, dismissed, or talked down to based on how you look, congratulations—you’ve found your spot. The whole experience felt hostile, unprofessional, and honestly insulting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with self-respect. There are plenty of other businesses that know how to treat people like human beings—this is not one of them. Save your time, money, and sanity and go literally anywhere else. It’s the staff that is the problem

The food was really good, and the hot chocolate and coffee were amazing — definitely the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. We ordered 1 cappuccino and 3 hot chocolates, but received only 1 coffee and 1 hot chocolate. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the staff member didn’t listen and told me to stand in the queue again instead of helping to fix the issue. As paying customers, this kind of rude and dismissive behavior was unexpected and unpleasant. Great food, but the service seriously needs improvement.

This cafe is smaller than the one at the roof top. Though it has no view, at least it is situated where the dancing building is. Not fantastic but good enough for a quick coffee break😀😀😀

The view was beautiful. The price was a bit high for just getting it to the viewing platform we paid 150 czk and got out for a few minutes in a very crowded place with no available place to actually sit and enjoy. The view was good
