Ladies at the counter are tired. They are grumpy, sad and unwelcoming. Give them some off.

I love Caramel coffee

I don’t know what they do different than in other Costa Coffee but the coffee here is much better 🤩

A nice and small Costa Coffee branch, catering for office workers in the area. Unfortunately some members of the staff here are not as friendly as they should be and need some customer service training on how not to be so argumentative. I won't be coming here so often now.

Overpriced coffee. At least cheaper than Starbucks but not worth it when compared to the great cafes all around. Just go into the o2 building and get a half priced drink at the o2 cafe.
