Starbucks

Guy on the counter didn't asked me if I want frapucino with coffee or not.. I said to the girl that I want coffee inside.. she said "oui avec coffee" and she was talking to a colleague and forgot to put coffee inside.. and guess who drank a milk without coffee and paid 6.5 euro! Also toffee nut limited edition was not available at this time and toilet also out of order.. I hope Starbucks sees this!

I really don’t like it. I stood in a line waiting for my turn to order my coffee. I even payed for my friend before. The employee took my money without asking me which drinks I want to order. He skipped directly to the man behind me like I am invisible. That made me really upset. I told him but he seemed to ignore. The other customers knew that I was there before him so he actively moved backward and let me finish my order. I am not happy with the service quality, if it is not because of my friend, i don’t want to stay or buy anything here.

Since the location is convenient, I’ve been using it a lot recently, but there are many areas that need improvement: the restroom has been out of order for a long time, the staff keep chatting with each other so drinks come out slowly (normally, customers should be prioritized, right?), and the air conditioning doesn’t work well. Also, young customers are noisy. I was really put off when I saw a group doing a photo shoot on the second floor.

Very nice and cozy place to chill and have a hot drink. Quiet, peaceful love the place. Wish the place was slightly bigger.. but that’s ok. 🤗

Drinks bang but I’ve never been more humiliated in my life. Worker was absolute jokes but still made fun of my French which really hit my ego.
