I had a 6 months subscription. It was a nightmare. Platform: - They changed access to the platform without sending an email, couldn’t take classes for a few weeks until I reached out to their support. - new platform didn’t accept my cc so payment was not processed on time. They send you a thousand notification. Even if you are not going to classes. Access: - they never inform you ahead of time about summer vacations or days off until the last moment so you don’t have enough time to book alternative classes. Classes: - most of the time, classes are full no and you are on a waiting list. - few classes in the evening when people are actually available. Teachers: - tried taking classes with various teachers, with the exception of Simon Thompson (he takes his job seriously), you won’t learn much with them. Support: - they only care about you paying. Paid my last monthly subscription and they stopped replying to my email asking to use my credits after the end of my subscription date.
