The welcome was disrespectful. Inappropriate remarks were made in front of other customers when a simple request would have sufficed. I do not recommend this place.

A very pleasant café and lottery outlet, a rare find in Paris these days. You can enjoy a croque madame, a cheese platter, and more. And sample some truly rare peanuts and good wine... and coffee.

Excellent café/tobacconist where you can enjoy croque monsieur or madame, and a very pleasant sandwich menu. With its lovely little terrace, it's closed on weekends.

A truly authentic neighborhood bistro (probably the only one in the area) where customers are welcome and well-treated, provided their behavior allows it. If necessary, the owner, as kind as he is, will clearly remind them of the basic rules of etiquette. For those who know how to behave, it's still possible to solve the world's problems in five minutes, at the bar or on the terrace, before resuming the normal course of their activities. Worth knowing.
