Great tobacconist, quick with no queue, and a bar right by the entrance – no need to look far. Lots of office workers and laborers, large terrace, reasonable prices, and a cycle path in front that doesn't obstruct the view. A large upstairs room for groups.
The CBD here is really great! 🤩
