The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, and the wine was excellent. It would have been even better if the waiter hadn’t greeted us with “Ni hao” or “Konnichiwa” 😅 I guess that’s the default greeting for Asian customers here.

We wanted to try onion soup and didn’t really know what to expect. Turned out it was pretty good and we loved it. The waiter was friendly, though there was a bit of confusion when he added a tip without informing us, which we know it is not compulsory in France or Europe in general. We asked about it and he refunded the difference. Not sure if it was intentional or just a pure mistake. Overall, we had a good dining experience.

Super generous portions with both the onion soup and escargot coming with their own bread basket. The escargot was perfectly garlicky and herb infused. The soup was okay, personally I would order something else next time.

Read the reviews and thought we would pop in for an early dinner since we were in the area. We had the chicken salad, the French onion soup and the Croque Monsieur. The chicken was over deep fried and tough though the salad portion was generous. The French onion soup was respectable but far from the best I’ve had, along with the sandwich. The price matched the quality of the food, so no complaints.
