Le Chai Saint-Germain

We loved this cute spot in Saint Germaine des Pres. Don’t miss sitting at the counter and grabbing a great glass of wine. They have many types of wines by the glass. The bartenders and servers are so nice and welcoming.

Great atmosphere, lovely and friendly staff, delicious french food and tasty wine! The bar is located in a lively street and it was a perfect place to grab glass of wine and dinner for Friday night! Recommended!!

This place was not even on my radar when planning my trip to Paris. Matter of fact, I had never heard of it. It was a short walk from our hotel, however, and we were looking for something fairly close. This ended up being my favorite meal in Paris. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful! I will be back during my next trip to Paris.

Our second time here and it was wonderful. The food is so nice, perfectly prepared. We had a flat apple pie” for dessert and it was sublime. While obviously it a tourist heavy area, both visits we had locals all around us. It has an authentic feel and attention to detail. The wait staff remembered us from 3 weeks prior, hopefully for good reasons. Very friendly and attentive. Can’t recommend this little restaurant enough.

Stumbled upon this charming spot while shopping in Paris. Noticed the delicious dishes on the tables being enjoyed by locals. We were greeted by a kind server who gave us and our toddler a seat inside away from the busy outdoor seating. Everything we ordered was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The potato dauphinois is a must order! We got the gazpacho set meal which was a perfect little taste of some of the starters. Also the dessert and cocktail selection are lovely as well. Highly recommend!
