Popped in out of the heavy rain for a coffee and found a wonderfully warm, local place with a kind hearted gentleman behind the counter. What more can you ask for.

Lovely little neighborhood cafe with delicious daily menus. Quintessentially French with prompts service. Food was fresh and very tasty. Daily lunch menu with an main plus appetizer or a dessert for just 13 euro, it’s a steal.

After some disappointments, we tried L'Avenue Café although it did not look particularly tempting. But it turned out be a pleasant place. It had something one expects from French corner bistros. People chatting and snacking. Good music. Swift service. Their menu, though, was rather limited: many steaks and salads and not much else.

Nice prices (capitol) and good wine/meals in this typical cafè parisienne. Easy parking nearby also. Although the waiter wasnt able to speak english.
