La Place

It was so good, that i forgot to take pictures of the main dishes. Only remembered to take pictures at the dessert time. Look at how beautiful, they are, it has a taste like rewarded pastries award.

The food was amazing and the waiters were also very funny and attentive. The atmosphere was great and it felt like everyone there was enjoying themselves. The tartare was delicious and the steak was cooked to perfection. Desert was also great, and I would definitely recommend the pavlova.

Server spoke English which is good, food served fast and very tasty at reasonable price, very impressive with the starter drink, cider, which is new experience for me. Only thing I don't like is we were bothered by the bees. When we asked for help, the other server said there was nothing they could do and refused to change table for us. Hope they can do something to enhance customer experience in this regard

We live in walking distance of La Place & it’s become our favorite local restaurant. The staff are so kind & are great with our kids (rare to find that in the Paris area!). We love the food, it’s not just classic brasserie food, they have some unique dishes as well! Our kids love the fish & chips & I love their burger. Other things that we’ve had are the salads, eggs benedict, & their desserts. I love, love, love, their Pain Perdu!

I found this place average in terms of taste and food variety . The platters are very simple in ingredients . The prices are on a high range and the bill is expensive for 2 platters and one shared appetizers. The fried calamari were very oil and heavy served with a tarte sauce ( badly made). The Milanese escalope is thin and tender with a side of creamy parmesan gnocchis. The shangai paris is made of tender fillet and good sauce with side of basmati . Considet adding a side salade or some veggies in ur platters for such prices .
