Weekday mornings are the quietest
This was my first visit, and I ordered a mocha. The flavor leaned slightly on the sour side, so mixing in the added chocolate helped balance the taste and made it smoother to drink. The price is on the higher end at €12 per cup, which may feel a bit expensive compared to similar cafés. The waitresses who speaks Cantonese was very polite and provided friendly service.
Coffee and hot chocolate (12€ real chocolate, not powder) are exceptionnal. The decoration is wonderful and there is large space between table, quiet. I love Paris because you can live a unique experience at different restaurant, pastry and coffee shop at very high standard level. Staff is friendly and professionnal. It is one of top 100 must try in Paris. At 27 old, Alain Ducasse got airplane accident but thanks to hard work and resilience, now he organize official diner for presidents and with 17, the world most Michelin Stars chief. Its a pity he changed citizenship for ( he could have just make a deal with Bercy). Money does not bring happiness above certain level, he should not forget how his country, brigade (low paid staff au Smic) , free education help him to reach that level.
A very nice café which is part of the coffee manufacturer. The coffee is of great quality and next level. You could taste the quality of ingredients in the cookies also which tasted and looked delicious. Friendly staff. Generally an alternative feeling. It is an expensive café, it's one of those you visit for thr coffee experience and not your every day thing. We paid 24euros for two small cups of coffee and two cookies. Do visit if you can afford it, it worths it!
Elegant roastery with a calm, industrial vibe and world-class beans. Their chocolate-infused drinks are rich and smooth, perfect for a treat. Prices are premium but reflect the craft. A must-visit for true coffee lovers in Paris.
Simply lovely wonderful café/coffee experience! Greeted with hospitality from the moment I opened the door. The café was cozy. I love the chair and the comfortable leather backrest. For the coffee choice, you can ask the barista to recommend you the beans that are not on the menu. And if you’re lucky like me, they might let you take a look at and smell the green coffee beans! Since it is one of Alain Ducasse’s establishments, I expected the price to be higher, but it turned out to be in the same range as any other café, cheaper even, yet the service, the quality, and the setting are way way better. I highly recommend this coffee place if you’re in the area.
