Really great experience. Ordered two lattes. Prefer balance between milk and espresso. The waiters are so nice and friendly. Even the bathroom is so clean.
Super cozy and small Nice matcha Friendly team
We were really looking forward to trying out this local cafe as we saw the reviews were very good, but we ended up leaving before we even managed to order: The 2 people working there didn't acknowledge us when we arrived. We stood right in front of the counter for over 10 minutes (there were only a few people waiting to get their drinks, no one was waiting in front of us to order), but they didn't even look up at us or make eye contact, despite us being 1m away from them. The cafe wasn't particularly busy - there wasn't a big rush. The man working there was so slow serving some of the seated guests, taking his sweet time picking a muffin from the display and putting it on a plate. He was so slow and staring blankly at times in a way that reminded us of people who are high. It was a shame they didn't even say hello or tell us to wait a bit while they deal with other orders, as we would've happily waited patiently if they acknowledged us in some way -but they just left us standing there waiting for so long, we decided it wasn't worth the wait. Reply to the owner's reply: We understand and know all of this, but your team that day was not overwhelmed, it was not rush hour, and "hello" is usually the signal that staff use to tell clients that they're ready to take a new order, or to tell them to wait. Not acknowledging clients when they're in front of your face, a meter away, waiting for more than 10 minutes, just isn't how 99% of cafes work. Our comment isn't harsh, it is strict description of our experience of your café. We rated the service and atmosphere while leaving the section "food" unrated, which makes our comment exactly fair: we are rating what we experienced.
Finally!!! A cafe that knows how to make coffee. I am biased being Australian but our barista was trained by an Aussie and you can tell. It was rich and flavorful, the foam solid and thick and a joy to drink. The little cookie was also delicious.
New coffee shop in town ! They have a good coffee machine ( La marzocco ). Its very pretty inside. You can also eat good food, sugar and salted. They have good brands. Nice people work inside. Its good to have a new place like in this street.
