The only bar in Paris that we went to twice over our 6 night stay. Loved it. Local, cozy, authentic. Everyone welcome. Tight on weekends. They do have a small selection of food - we had great chili. There was no music the night we visited but the basement room looks super cool for small performances.

Way too cool bar. While strolling with my party freak Paris loving brother, we landed on this gem of a place. It’s authentic away from touristy places, although we’re tourists or may be not after our nth visit in Paris. Drinks are cheap, ambiance is amazing and location is superb. Recommend this place if you’re looking a genuine Parisian feel away from glitzy bars. The narrow alley in the beautiful Saint Germain area, the overlooking apartments where local Parisians stay, the closed small boutique shops added a magic to this place. More so it’s a wine and cocktail bar offering a wide range of variety.

To begging with Chez Georges, it's a very good and very positive atmospheric bar. More precisely it's more than just a parisian café or bar, it's a small light and heart of the district positioned right next to the beautiful Saint Sulplive Square and the vibrant Saint German des Près. Thou you might think it's a bar like any other in the district well you are wrong, it has more than 70 years of heritage and transmits the poetic feeling of being in real Paris, true city of Love, Poetry, Writing, Physosophy and Arts. This little yet spacious café will warm you up with a perfect café and tasty wine. From delicious cocktails to tasty snacks that match perfectly your drinks. You will have the possibility to meet new people from the French world of arts, poetry, philosophy, divers cultures and languages, and science. The community that was built around this place is truly faithful to the ambiance of Paris that so many locals and tourists look for in this city. Overall it's a café where you never feel lonely even if you come all by yourself or with a group of friends. You will be greeted with a smile and invite to come back the next evening as it is opened 7/7 from 18pm to 1-2pm.
