Staff at Bike My Way are excellent. They know bikes very well and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend to this wanting city bikes as well as great road and gravel bikes

Highly recommended, it has been over a year that i"m using Byke the Way shop/team to take care of my beautiful Bicycle, the quality of service and repair has been consistent and they are really friendly and flexible. i have moved further but i'm making long trip for anything bye related because i think they are the best !

As a regular client for years I really appreciate the great service at Byke the Way. Friendly and very knowledgeable team who know everything there is to know about bikes - electric and 'normal' -as well as after sales maintenance and servicing (especially important for keeping electric bikes safe on the road.)

The guy who seemed to run this place was so unfriendly I was genuinely wracking my brain as to whether I had somehow, unbeknownst to me, grossly offended him. Customers’ presence seemed to greatly inconvenience him. It took a month and a half to get an appointment. He took three weeks to repair my bike. When I picked my bike back up he charged me an excessive amount of money. Halfway into my commute to work I realized he’d given my bike back without tightening the handlebars which is obviously insanely dangerous and downright unprofessional. À éviter.

These are the nicest people. We have had repairs here. Have purchased bike accessories and they are always helpful. We have to move bikes by truck and they gave us boxes . All the staff is awesome. They have a wonderful selection of bicycles too! Can' say enough about this shop.
