Excellent experience at Columbus Café in Gare de Lyon! The welcome is truly warm, especially thanks to Brenda and Tharsala who are smiling, attentive, and very professional. The service is quick, the atmosphere pleasant, and the drinks delicious. A perfect place for a coffee break before departure. I highly recommend it! ☕✨

It must be admitted that offering an underground coffee and sandwich stop between the RER A, D and metro 14 is a challenge…! However, no longer having cardboard hand protectors for takeaway lattes: a mistake. Not offering to heat the club sandwich: a shame. Well, it has the merit of existing and offering plant-based milk

Everything is good but there is no dustbin to put substances so please try to provide dustbin around there. The station is so clean but cafeteria makes dirty environment. So please make sure that you will change n keep clean surroundings.

I don’t even know where to begin. First of all, let me mention that I had approximately 15 times my to go latte in the morning here, only in the morning. So my opinion is not based on just a singular interaction. Let’s start with the coffee. I’ve never had a latte with foam here because they just throw in your extremely hot milk. You are not able to drink it for the next 10 to 15 minutes. Most of the times they do not have the thing that helps you keep your hands on the hot coffee . One time when I asked for it they just throw me some toilet paper. The staff is extremely rude, they do not talk to you. They ignore you sometimes on purpose. And I am not talking only about the cashier but the entire Team. if they make a mistake, they will just leave it like that, no apologies or anything. I have the feeling that I am always disturbing them. They keep talking to themselves, even with all the customers in line. I also saw a cokroach on the counter one morning. I don’t know how anyone allows them to still have the business there because we are trapped customers, but honestly, I prefer not to have my coffee at all then to take one more coffee from them . This is definitely not the service for a coffee that costs 5 euro. Or for any coffee. The fact that the owner knows about this and does nothing ….(i assume he also saw the 2.2 grade).
