Amazing food and great service!

Great service, delicious and simple food, and yummy drink deals. Right on the square for a nice ambience.

Well, I was excited to have a beautiful breakfast here before heading to the louvre and looking at the fresh basket of croissants left behind from the previous diner I thought we were in luck… maybe that was actually a sign that I should choose somewhere else. We were served soggy sad croissants that honestly tasted like they were yesterdays leftovers that had been microwaved and didn’t look anything like the ones that we had seen on the other tables. The waiter was blunt (to be expected with our minimum grasp of French language) but in comparison to everywhere else we had been bordered on rude and also is the first and only one to ASK for a tip when we paid, despite delivering the worst service we had received whilst in Paris. So super sad to see the fresh delicious looking croissants that completely covered the whole bar as we left which we clearly had not been served. Good location but based solely on how we were treated, the quality of food we were served and the price in comparison to other places I wouldn’t recommend if you aren’t a local.

We were only in Paris for two days but ate here both nights! Had the time of our life!! Lyes is the best waiter ever! Thank you so much!!!
