Excellent place, family friendly and really « gemütlich ». Also a great place to go out with friends. Best beer selection in all of Paris ! I will gladly return
I go regularly with my friends from the Stammtisch and also sometimes alone for a coffee break. We like the spirit of the "Café Biergit" as a german restaurant / bar / coffee in Paris. The service is good and you can book before going. The team is friendly. The drinks and food are tasty. Watch-out, it happened to have an outdated bottle of bier so take care and ask the team if it happens to you.
Café Biergit is a chill spot with a great atmosphere and good vibes. It stands out in Paris with its German-themed setting, offering a nice change for beer lovers and anyone looking for something a bit different. The highlight is definitely the selection of German beers, including the tasty Augustiner Helles, which is not easy to find elsewhere in the city. However, the food was a bit of a letdown. It was pretty average overall. The burger patty, in particular, was mushy and fell apart easily, which made it hard to enjoy. Also, the schnitzel was pretty small and thin which is not how it's served in Germany. The staff adds to the welcoming experience. One of the waiters speaks fluent German along with smooth English and French, which makes communication easy for both locals and tourists. Overall, this is a decent choice if you are in the mood for good beer, average food, and a laid-back setting. They even dim the lights after a certain point, which adds to the ambience.
I had a recent visit at this cafe. The place was okay for the price. The food is basic for my taste but the cost did not justify it. My friends had beers and they loved it. So all over it was an avg exp for me. But the staff who served us was German was very friendly and hosted us really nicely. Made us feel very welcomed.
(German native) People were pretty excited about this place having German food and so on, so I wanted to give it a try as well. In the end I was pretty disappointed and so was my wife. Sausages do not appear to be of quality, curry sauce isn’t home made and the fries don’t look homemade either but the server insisted they are. KIEZ remains the #1 spot for German food.
