If I could give more stars, I would. From the moment you walk in, you know you will have a great meal and a great team to make you feel welcome. Everytime we are in Paris, we make sure a meal here is on our itinerary. The duck, the beef, and the aligot potatoes are must haves. And if they have the tarte tatin, order it - you won't regret it
Delicious food and such a cosy vibe. The staff is friendly and efficient, the onion soup was so good and the beef bourguignon too. The creme brule was so good too.
Great place for lunch & right across the Luxembourg Gardens. It gets very busy at lunch, but the staff are multitaskers & have it all under control. Very tight spaces, with very little room to move, but it all works out, somehow! The duck breast in orange sauce, & the veal stew were delicious. Very attentive staff in spite of the crowds. Dim lighting for a cozy atmosphere in a two-story room setting. Highly recommend
What a fantastic find! This charming French spot was just a couple of blocks from our hotel, and it provided the perfect mid-week escape. The atmosphere was warm and buzzing with a great vibe. We started with the French onion soup, which had a deeply savory broth and a deliciously cheesy top. The cheese platter was incredibly generous for four people, featuring a wonderful variety. Our server was attentive and helped us pick a smooth, easy-drinking red that complemented everything. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish! EUR60 for 4 people! Good value too!
Amazing find - this was our last meal in France before we flew home to Australia - Edwin served us and he was phenomenal. A great location for a French Bistro style meal - we had the steak frites, coq au vin, onion soup and escargot. Highly recommend!
