Bel-Ami

Called in late (9pm) no issues for seating. Ordered a pizza and burger each. Staff were friendly all very quick - no problems at all.

We ended up in Bel Ami by chance really, out of a hotel nearby going for dinner. Was snowing the first night, raining the second and honestly the place is warm, nice, homy.. nice deco. We got further nicely surprised by the food! Reasonable price for big quantities and very nice quality. We had: linguine and pawns, wok noodle with prawns, aubergine (which should have less cheese, ok), nachos+guacamole, and avocado toast; all very fresh and as I said big portion. I went to thank the chef, Sri Lankan, who was so happy and sweet to receive my greetings :-) Am glad and wishing all staff the best.

The food and drinks were delicious, I really enjoyed eating them. The atmosphere was nice and cute, perfect for those who like taking photos. However, I wasn't very impressed with the service; the staff seemed uninterested in serving me.

This cafe is very cute, good for people watching. I enjoyed the steak with chimichuri and fries. As an American I had a different expectation of how the salad would taste. I didn’t care for their Cesar dressing at all. The waitress was efficient given she was working alone handling all customers in the cafe.

Awesome patio with quick service! The servers speak both English and French. The food was delicious and was prepared quickly. The chairs were comfortable and and the table was bigger than I’ve seen at most café’s. We had the pizza and salad and they were good and tasted fresh. The prices were not expensive but not inexpensive. The inside was well decorated and picture worthy! I highly recommend this place next time you’re in the area.
