Huge, huge, terrible disappointment at this branch.... those who enjoy doing homework or work using Wi-Fi, saving time and data... DO NOT COME!!!! Their internet is terrible!!!! 😖😭. The owners, despite being notified repeatedly, don't care... there are 3 to 5 branches nearby that don't have this problem... I hope this message helps 🙌🫶💫

I had a bad experience with the service and preparation of the drinks. Today, January 21, 2026, at approximately 8:30 a.m., I went to this branch and ordered a latte. I asked them to replace my coffee three times because... - On the first two occasions, the drink was delivered with spilled milk, and it was poorly presented and handled. - It was evident that the people preparing the drinks were working on autopilot, without care or attention to detail. - The quality of the preparation was poor, reflecting a lack of proper training for the baristas, who probably aren't even qualified, since they failed to meet basic standards for making a simple latte, which, by the way, didn't even taste like coffee due to the obvious excess of milk. I think it's important to mention that the only person who provided good service was the cashier with glasses, who was friendly and attentive at all times. Furthermore, the trainee was the one who finally prepared the coffee acceptably, meeting expectations. It's important to note that the person in charge of training her was the one who had incorrectly prepared the drinks on previous occasions, delivering them in poor condition, which demonstrates shortcomings in both execution and supervision. Unfortunately, the performance of the baristas responsible was terrible, directly impacting my experience as a customer. I find it unacceptable to have to repeatedly request a correction to an order and still not receive a properly prepared product or service that matches the brand's image.

I like this place a lot for work or for a coffee session with friends. Its usually chill. I love their cocoa& coffee mixes
