Llegué con mis amigos y el piso estaba sucio, mientras esperábamos a demás personas, la señora que estaba al lado nos estaba viendo con asco y haciéndonos caras, se fue a burlar de nosotros a la barra y los empleados en lugar de mantenerse neutrales o intervenir (porque no le estábamos haciendo nada, tal cual solo estábamos existiendo, ni siquiera estabamos hablando fuerte) se empezaron a burlar con ella Que poca falta de profesionalismo y que falta de ética, jamás vuelvo a ese lugar si prefieren darle la razón a los clientes altaneros, groseros y clasistas que a los que no están haciendo nada

One of their best locations, as long as you can find a spot to enjoy your coffee or food there. Very quiet, located on the upper level of the plaza, a comfortable place to take a break. The drinks are quite good; I always recommend the horchata and hot beverages.

This chain is generally a safe bet, and this branch is no exception. The food and service are good, and the only aspect they sadly couldn't improve is the atmosphere. The branch is on the first floor of the plaza and is very noisy, even during off-peak hours.

I liked that they have a wide variety of Mexican drinks and seasonal specials. I tried the Christmas winter drink and liked it, although it's quite sweet. The rosca with cream was good. I think they could be cleaner. The cashier was friendly and it wasn't very crowded.

Again... What if the staff could be nice or make you feel welcome !?
