Service is so incredibly slow..It takes less to go to Italy to get coffee

They gave me a vanilla cream cold brew but the milk was expired and I got sick from it.

Great staff. Respectful and friendly. I just speak Spanish pokito, sometimes when is come to complicate conversations and I cannot handle it people laughing at me or stop their conversation, but staffs at this place were very respectful, fluent in English, and polite plus friendly.

Baristas were Kind and always with a smile while taking my order, great atmosphere location. Great job by Dani.

The place is usually crowded. Free WiFi available. Place is accessible via wheelchair. Staff can understand and speak (little bit) English. Anyway that is not a problem while ordering a coffee, but if you have specific instructions, it is good to know that someone understands English. They do accept credit cards including american express.
