Starbucks

The place is spacious. Quite slow service in Sunday morning: 7 persons line and only 2 workers. They serve everything in plastic, and it's hypocrisy because the same brand spends millions $ on their commercials saying about care of our planet etc. They never tell our name when the order was ready. The whole neighborhood looks terrible: trash on the streets, homeless people camping where they want, a lot of abandoned buildings. There is security guard inside.

Ordered a cold Chocolate. What I got was a cup full of ice with minimal amount of chocolate...You will get a much better one in any other shop. That is not acceptable, so I wont visit these stores again. In addition: absolutely everything wrapped or filled in plastic...terrible.

Nice place for work but not so many tables. It can get a bit loud but with headphones you are fine. Air conditioners work perfectly. Most of all I would like to appreciate speed of internet smth like 50-60 mgb. But smth it can cut off. One bathroom for F and M. Friendly staff. Good location.

It was our first day in Mexico City and what did we spy, a Star Bucks, The toasted sandwiches were delicious and friendly service from the staff who spoke English. I am practising my Spanish, but it’s not great. Really enjoyed our little break here watching the locals. No other tourists or travellers.

So this location just opened in the last few weeks so perhaps things will get better. Today I found the ordering / paying / pickup experience frustrating. The baristas were very confused and unsure of what they were doing. Service for 2 people ahead of Me in line took 10 minutes to order and pay. The physical space is bright and clean. The Wi-Fi is unusable. I measured 1.66mbps down and .159mbps up.
