Starbucks

The guy preparing the drinks did a great job; he was the only one who was efficient, friendly, and attentive. I waited 30 minutes for a donut that arrived almost frozen. I asked about my order, and it seemed they'd lost it because they didn't have it. The cashier was giving me dirty looks and glaring at me. What a terrible experience.

They tried to add everything without asking and even changed the type of milk I ordered 🤷🏻‍♂️

They have a bee infestation and can't even monitor the bees to prevent them from landing on the products they deliver to customers. A terrible experience.

It's located on the 4th floor, across from the Cinemex movie theater, on the restaurant terrace. It's easily accessible via the elevators across from Liverpool. Excellent service. If you're in a hurry, it's worth going up; it's less crowded than the one on the ground floor.
