Weekday mornings are the quietest
We ordered two coffees, an avocado toast, and chilaquiles. After five minutes, they brought the coffees... After waiting 40 minutes for the food, we got up, paid for the coffees, and left. An experience not to be repeated. We do not recommend it.
Cute little cafe with good coffee and lots of gluten free vegan options.
I ate here today - the GF avo toast was delicious, as were the drinks. There was a mix up with my order and they gave me a free smoothie to say sorry - really lovely customer service. I really recommend if you’re in the area. It’s very well priced, a lovely location and nice staff!
Slowest service ever. It took them almost an hour to bring a simple scrambled eggs and toast. It wasn’t even full, and all the tables waited too long for their orders. The food wasn’t worth the wait.
Friendly but very slow service and an underwhelming chai latte. Upon arriving, I was informed there were issues with their coffee maker, and my order would take about 10 minutes. I agreed to wait and had a seat. The barista was friendly but very distracted, needing to confirm my order twice. Unfortunately, it took closer to 25 minutes for my chai to arrive, and the wait simply wasn’t worth it. The chai latte was watered down, and the milk they used didn’t complement the drink well. I paid $65 for the chai, plus an extra $13 for the alternative milk, which is average for the area. The cafe’s location on Calle Amsterdam is prime, and the outdoor seating was calm and charming. While the friendly staff and lovely setting were positives, the overall experience fell short due to the slow service and the disappointing chai.
