Absolutely wonderful experience. First floor is a very cool store with lots of products made in Mexico City with Japanese influence. Second floor is a bar/restaurant with amazing food and drinks. We got the house made cola which is made from cola root, which is not too sweet but has a smoky aftertaste! We also got the crudo and the curry (Indian-Japanese curry) that were both delicious. Our table also has a great view of the courtyard below. Will definitely come back one day!!
Restaurant was incredibly…. Mediocre. Super expensive and underwhelming poke bowl. Nothing fusion about it, just tuna on rice. Even just an avocado would have saved it.
Really special and unique shop. Curated with intention and love. Felt like Tony + Julieta were hosting us in their home. Attention to detail, super friendly and genuine service. Space upstairs - resto/bar/gallery also nicely tucked away. Awesome space. Awesome energy.
This boutique has a secret restaurant on top of it, which you can enter through a set of metal stairs at the back of the store. There are only 4 tables in the restaurant, each by the windows with great views of the courtyard. They serve Japanese Mexican fusion cuisine. They also had a locally made cola from the coca root, which was spiced and really tasty, and that’s from a girl who doesn’t like any sodas.
It was a great experience the food and beverages are amazing!! The staff were super kind explain us their menu a type of fussion between japanese and mexican food, it is a must in the neighborhood they had a great space and you will find a store in the entrace with a vintage vibe and cool products.
