Danish pastries, sandwiches & flavored coffee at a streamlined contemporary cafe with a terrace....
I visited Tierra Garat Masaryk, and overall it was decent but not as impressive as I expected. The environment is definitely a highlight. The space is split between indoor and outdoor seating, with a natural and minimalist design. Sitting outside with a light breeze was very relaxing and enjoyable. The coffee itself was fairly average. Nothing bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. It felt like a standard cup of coffee. For desserts, we tried the tiramisu and the pistachio tart. The tiramisu was a bit too firm, with layers that were overly distinct and did not melt in the mouth. On the other hand, the pistachio tart was very good, with a nice balance of sweet and savory flavors.
Our favourite coffee place in Mexico City. We found this place about 5 years ago and every time we are in CDMX we come here and if we stay in Anzures then we come daily. The decor is on point and the ambience is friendly and relaxed, not fresa like a lot of places in Polanco. The mochas are the best I've ever tried (and we go for coffee daily wherever we are in the world). The food, which in most coffee shops is stale and bland, is fresh and full of flavour like you'd made it yourself at home Finally the staff, always super friendly and served with a smile.
I love this place! The coffee is incredible, and the location is beautiful—right on Presidente Masaryk, near great shops and restaurants. They specialize in coffee and cocoa, so it’s worth visiting multiple times to try different items. The food is also great; I highly recommend the pistachio tart. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in Mexico City.
I recently visited this coffee shop, part of a popular chain in Mexico, and it didn’t disappoint. The coffee was flavorful, and the abundance of seating options made it easy to find a comfortable spot. They also have an impressive selection of sandwiches, snacks and sweets, making it an ideal place to relax or grab a quick bite.
I simply left my soul here. I visited Mexico City for the first time and only 4 days for business. This place captured me so bad that I’ve been there twice in that short timeframe. I simply went there for only feeling the atmosphere just before my flight. It feels comfy, productive, meditative, and like sitting under an elder tree and simply enjoy the Earth.
