Welcoming coffeehouse with handcrafted coffee, espresso & tea, plus breakfast, lunch & pastries....
They served by ‘hot’ coffee of the day drink cold, and the baristas denied it and refused to re-serve
This is one of the most beautiful and largest Starbucks I have ever seen. The rooftop terrace is very peaceful and has comfortable chairs. The stained glass and mosaic tiles are also very pretty. They also have a conference space. On the weekend it was especially peaceful.
The service and quality here are truly exceptional—thank you for that! I’m giving 3 stars, not because of the staff, but to help bring attention to a maintenance issue. Two fire alarm sensors have been beeping nonstop due to low batteries. The team on-site has already reported it, but unfortunately, they aren’t able to fix it themselves. The constant noise is uncomfortable for both the staff and guests. I hope someone from ALSEA México sees this review and can help resolve it soon. Thank you in advance!
I normally never write such a review but I still wonder why Starbucks still exist. Overpriced, slow service and really bad food, how can you go wrong with a ham and cheese croissant. Also waited 20 minutes plus for it. Do not go to Starbucks, I would ban it for bad service and pricing, there are many other alternatives, I predict Starbucks will go out of business in less than 18 months. Avoid it at all costs.
Perhaps the nicest Starbucks I've visited - with the exception of the Roastery in Seattle. Great meeting rooms, beautiful upstairs patio, nice art and copper accents throughout.
