Best coffee in Condesa, and best vibes in Mexico City😍! The women working here are so full of life and positivity that is as addictive as the delicious coffee that they serve! Not only are they lovely to be around, but they are also so patient with our beginner Spanish (even offering us some grammar help when we asked!) and also so genuinely curious about our travel plans, where we’re from, etc. Highly Highly recommend, thank you Danny and your team❤️🩵❤️
11/10 - best cappuccino I’ve ever had and the baristas are the sweetest! Such positive attitudes and super knowledgeable. I can’t wait to go back!
All the coffees are delicious and the atmosphere has been so welcoming every time we have come here!
Esensial is a charming and cozy coffee shop that truly stands out. I had a flat white made with a Chiapas and Veracruz blend, and it was excellent—smooth, strong, and full of rich, wonderful notes. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. What made the visit even more special was the amazing customer service from the lovely lady—so kind and attentive. This amazing lady remembered most of her clients names. I thought that showed another level of service. I’ll definitely be coming back for more of their incredible coffee and welcoming vibe.
A solid chai latte with great, friendly staff in a charming, aesthetic cafe. The cafe has an interesting setup—it feels more like a shop where you order from the window, but there is indoor seating accessible through an apartment entrance next door, which can be a bit tricky to find. I ordered a chai latte at the counter (and was asked for a tip, which is becoming a norm in CDMX). I chose to sit outside on the sidewalk, where I was brought a tray with my chai and a cup of water—a nice detail I always appreciate. Unfortunately, they don’t serve oat milk, so I opted for lactose-free milk instead. The chai was solid, but nothing extraordinary. At $60, the price was very fair for the area. Overall, the service was excellent, with super friendly staff, and the cafe’s aesthetic makes it a pleasant spot to visit.
