Cardinal Coffee House

Delicious matcha, friendly and unpretentious vibe, cozy atmosphere. Felt like a slice of home coming from Seattle. Spent several hours here working and relaxing during my week in CDMX and I will miss it!

Charming place. The coffee is ṛeally good. The portion for iced coffee was really small, mostly ice in thin glass. The hot coffee was great. The pastries felt a bit stale. The sandwich was just ok, not something I would repeat. Staff were cordial.

super cute space, amazing v60/pour over coffee, and the girlies working were so kind and helpful. we loved our coffee so much that we grabbed some beans (the last bag- popular!!)

Super cute place with delish coffee and small selection of cookies (don’t miss dolce de leche) and pastries. Great staff. Note that many tour groups meet up here in the morning so it can be noisy.

Cardinal is a fantastic spot to enjoy a well-crafted V60 pour-over. The barista was friendly and knowledgeable and recommended beans based on my preferences. It’s a great place to sit back with a pastry, relax, and people-watch. A great place to visit for specialty coffee and pour-over lovers.
