great place, i always visit when i can
Quaint coffee shop, good coffee with La Marzocco machine. The decor creates a certain chemistry in the air…rugged vintage.
Best coffee so far in Mexico City. They pastries are ok. Sitting is cool, inside and outside. Price wise I think is pretty affordable compare to Chicago. Love the are it can get busy but overall is a good place to rest before or after exploring the neighborhood.
WONDERFUL small craft bakery/cafe in Juarez. The owner, Odette, is an accomplished baker and takes care in everything she makes. I’ve been here several times in my last two trips to CDMX and everything has been delicious if not straight out remarkable. Fresh sourdough bread, banana bread, various cookies, housemade compotes, all great. Coffees and espressos, with different milks, but she also stocks natural wines. The menu changes daily, so be prepared for delicious surprises (unless you are late!). The only downside is limited seating outside.
A place where you feel at home. Clean, beautiful, comfy. —Delicious cookies, bread coffee and special breakfast. —- Great hosts including Gatsby, the dog. Perfect place to work in weeks days, and it’s dog friendly :). Must visit !
