Best Hours for Work
Weekday mornings are the quietest
The place looks nice! It’s a pretty building. People working there kind, very friendly. However the place was noisy. Some workers in the kitchen were playing music very loud and singing (terribly) very loud. Also; a lot of people walked in to sing and ask for money while you are eating. Drinks were good, the food wasn’t warm enough. Taste was good tho.
It is not the best coffee I've ever tried, but the place is very interesting and has beautiful architecture. Also, the service is excellent. If you are not local and you made it all the way here, you can consider yourself an adventurous explorer.
Meeting place for eat Mexico tour! And the ancestral starting place of Mexico. Where there was an Eagle holding a snake on a cactus…
This cafe is truly amazing. First the atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and attentive, but not too much, so you can enjoy your privacy as well. And interior is with magical vibe in it. And the food. The food is something. Enchiladas de Mole is just true explosion of flavours. Fell in love with mole poblano. We had also torta con jamon and enchiladas suizas Verde. Everything was excellent. We even took 2 tortas to go. This cafe in this quite rough neighborhood is real gem.
Place is very affordable and it is located in the very heart of Mexico City. 🥰. Only that Tonite service was not so good, our waitress was taking too long for everything and forgot part of our order. It is a shame.
