My local friend dragged me in here for some Pulque. Great tasting. Don't expect a super duper North-American style fancy pub. This is a true Mexican place, one of the few that actually produce Pulque.
Loved the pulque but kicked me out when google closing time was 10?
Well the couple of pulques I tried were not as good as other places. Seems a bit more dirty than it should be but I guess some people like that. Probably not going back but give it a try if you are in the area. Bathrooms are pretty gross.
La Burra Blanca is a hidden gem of a pulquería that’s worth seeking out. Nestled away from the main drag, it offers a unique, laid-back atmosphere perfect for those looking to dive into traditional pulque. They offer three different varieties, each with its own distinctive twist. While the pulque itself was decent, I found it to be a bit on the sour side, which might not be for everyone’s taste. Nevertheless, it’s a great spot to explore if you’re curious about this traditional Mexican drink and want to experience a chill, off-the-beaten-path venue.
Super good prices. Caguamon august 2022 70 pesos. They sell tlayudas. There are tales nights on Tuesdays, with white pulque 2x1.
