Great spot to grab a coffee if you're in the historic center. ☕ I ordered a lactose-free matcha latte with a croissant, and everything was perfect: delicious flavor, fast service, and a great vibe for a casual get-together. The only thing to keep in mind is that there's no indoor seating; there are only a few benches outside, or you have to head to the nearby Alameda/park to enjoy it at your leisure. Ideal for takeout, walking with your drink, or a quick break while exploring the area. 👌
The coffee quality is very good. As with everything, some staff are very friendly, others not so much. I've had a few unfortunate incidents, but they've always been kind enough to compensate and resolve them. For example, today, after returning after a long time, a piece of the aluminum from the milk carton fell into my coffee. Sometimes I don't want to complain anymore because I don't want to be seen as a "complaining" customer, but oh well! I can't. What I do know is that it's very, very good coffee ✨✨✨✨
The coffee was ok, nothing outstanding, at some point I think it was plain. I didn’t try anything else
I love sede! This is the best coffee stop in centro! Not only are the coffee and pastries delightful, so is the staff! They are always friendly, kind and will remember your name and order. I hope the owners know just how good of a job their baristas are doing. Simply delightful. Centro really needed a spot like this. And I wish they had a bigger location with seating in the area too, but I’m just grateful this location exists. The rewards program is awesome as well as their reasonable prices, which makes me come back more often.
Quiet respite on the museum terrace from the bustling plaza below. You pay $20 to access the terrace, which is reimbursed if you spend more than $100 pesos per person. (Best part is catching a glimpse of the museum exhibits on the way to the terrace.) We had the green salad, burger, and matcha latte; all were decent enough, especially in a pinch, and we were served quickly.
