When you get on the elevator and come off to the lobby, they know your name every single time, the valet knows your name, I was celebrating a birthday and every single person in the hotel knew who I was and my name And wished me a happy birthday. Victor winkler The Guest relation manager is superb. Amazing service, Cesar in the restaurant is phenomenal, engaging and accommodating. Truly Exceptional Hospitality. One of the Best Hotel Teams I’ve Ever Experienced Our stay at the St. Regis Mexico City has been absolutely incredible. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and our room was spacious and comfortable ... but what truly sets this property apart is the people. Early on in our stay we had a small hiccup with the concierge, and it reminded me of something important: great hospitality isn’t about never encountering an issue (issues are inevitable), it’s about how a team chooses to respond. And the team here responded with warmth, professionalism, expediency, and genuine care in a way that completely exceeded every expectation. From that moment forward, it felt like every single staff member — from management to the butler team to guest services — made a conscious effort to ensure our stay was not just good, but unforgettable. We were never pressured or asked for anything in return; instead, we were simply met with kindness, humility, and an authentic desire to take care of their guests. It was truly remarkable. Special thanks to: • Jocelyn, Victor, and Karla from Guest Services management: true standouts and exceptional leaders who have went out of their way to make sure our stay was not only remedied, but exceptional moving forward. • Efren, our phenomenal butler: attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely wonderful. Efren even helped unpack for us, which was such an above-and-beyond gesture. And it wasn’t just them ... every single interaction we had reflected the same high standard of care. What impressed us most is that we were staying in a standard room — not as VIPs — and yet we were treated like royalty. As someone who travels frequently around the world, I can honestly say I’ve rarely seen service culture executed at this level. If you value sincere, heartfelt hospitality delivered by people who take real pride in what they do, you will love this hotel. The St. Regis Mexico City team turned a nice stay into a truly memorable one ... and we are so grateful. We cannot wait to return.

Went for a New Year’s Eve party. Terrible service, people were allowed to illegally smoke indoors. Music was incredibly loud and subpar, prices were ridiculously high. Never before in my life have I seen “half a bottle” of champagne on a menu… they did replace the shitty piece of steak that they first brought with a new one, otherwise I would have left one star.

The service at this hotel is extremely good - some of the best I've had during all of my travels. Location was great as well. Rooms are a little rundown and in need of a refresh. We loved the huge play place they had for kids. Our son had a blast.

The hotel is fantastic. Clean, beautiful and Amazing Service!! They really know how to take care of you 🙏🏼 The rooms can feel bit old and the beds were a bit soft for my liking, but the amenities are great. The restaurant options are nice, service was perfect.
