Welcoming coffeehouse with handcrafted coffee, espresso & tea, plus breakfast, lunch & pastries....
Decent place. Had to go through a bit of wait time to get my order through. The upstairs area has decent and comfortable seating geared towards people pretending to work on their laptops
Every time I go there, they always demand a tip. When I refuse to tip, they laugh mockingly among themselves, which was an extremely unpleasant experience.
This is a great Starbucks location, but be very careful of the employees getting your order right especially if you have allergies. I have a dairy allergy and I clearly told “Mari G” “leche de avena” she confirmed it and still put the order in for milk. Service here is bad, they never get your order right. Terrible listening skills.
I find that the best time to visit this location is right at opening in the early morning. It's quiet and calm, with minimal traffic to disrupt the peace. While the downstairs seating isn't ideal for me, the upstairs area offers a much nicer ambiance. If the air conditioning makes it too chilly, there's also a small terrace area available for seating, though it can get loud wants the car traffic picks up. The coffee here is quite good, comparable to what you'd expect at many Starbucks around the world. The staff that I interact with are consistently friendly. Connecting to the Wi-Fi can be a bit of a hassle for certain devices.
The place is quite nice and relatively calm. You can just chill for a while, specially the seat outside, or even work, for this the second level is better suited. Service is good as well. The only drawback for me is the coffee. I don’t know why Americans roast so dark the coffee beans. As I said, this is not an issue of this place specifically but of all Starbucks here in Colombia and abroad.
