Such a calm spot for a rest or catch up with friends. Sucre has lots of tea options, but if you get overwhelmed, the waiter will ask you a couple questions (strong or not, caffeine or not, milk or not) and pick one for you, which was the case with me. I picked strong/no milk and he picked me a tea called caramel cream! The looseleaf tea was served in a little green tea pot and needed to sit for 3 minutes and refilled my mug for times! It was fun to try something totally new! I appreciated how clean the space was, how friendly the service was and especially, that my tea was hot to the last drop!
Amazing café/ tea house next to the Prado Museum. Super cute, cosy and hygge. Very nice music. Great staff. They have gluten free pastries, vegan hot drinks and a great tea selection. I'll definitely come back!
Very cozy place to spend time with your friends and relatives. We came in the afternoon, just right after they open. We didn’t realize that we spent 3 hours for chit chat over nice coffee and cheesecake plus tea. We ordered anither round of orange juice, chai tea. We will come back, definitely !
Super cute place right next to the Prado Museum and Retiro Park. Their cakes are to die for - all homemade recipes! The atmosphere is great too - perfect for merienda. I even hosted a baby shower here once and it was the perfect choice. Highly recommend.
I didn’t have much time so I just stopped by for a tea. The café is beautifully decorated and I like the menu. They have some nice things. It was very pretty and the cakes looked good. There was just something a bit off about the atmosphere, I can’t put my finger on it. Maybe because it was a bit dark? I think I would prefer coming here a bit earlier in the day when it’s lighter outside. But otherwise it was nice!
