Cute and calm little Starbucks with a good selection of food and drinks. Wonderful to sit outside of the café in fresh air!

I had a delightful experience at a typical Starbucks, nestled in the vibrant Chueca neighborhood of Madrid, right next to my hotel—how convenient! The freddo cappuccino was absolutely wonderful, and I must say, the pistachio chocolate was equally delightful.

Ordered hot chocolate with whipped cream, they accepted the order (and payment) but didn't put a whipped cream. After I said about it they just replied "we don't have it". Why they haven't said this beforehand and accepted the order? Who knows. Terrible service, as expected from starbucks

I have been to so many starbucks accross the world from smaller cities in China to biggest in the US and I would say this Starburcks is really special because of the team working there. The most nicest and sincerest, for sure! Thank you guys, you are the best, I really mean it.
