Roof47 - Café & Salón de Té

Have been wanting to try their afternoon tea set for a while. Went yesterday and while on the menu online, it’s not on the menu in the restaurant. When we asked about it, they said it’s in their breakfast menu 🤔 tea was nice, especially chai (steamed milk with cinnamon as a nice touch) but out of earl grey 🤷‍♀️ sandwich was good but was not the variety of sandwiches as described - odd since the mixed sandwiches are on the lunch menu. Apple tart was very good. Biscuits were all skippable. Macarons were cute. No scones is interesting for tea. Think perhaps they renovated since last year as the interior was much more charming and modern. The outside terrace is lovely. The staff kind of just ignored us, seemed a bit put off by us ordering the thing we came to try 😂. I’m a tea person so that’s what I want. This is one of my favorite Corte locations, especially the club gourmet downstairs. But Roof47, aside from the pretty furnishings and terrace, is prob ok to skip.

Roof 47 Café is a really pretty and elegant spot,super clean and stylish, with a calm, fancy vibe. The staff were great too, very professional and attentive (5⭐️ for the place, 4⭐️ for service). Food-wise, it was just okay. The pasta tasted a bit reheated and the sauce wasn’t evenly warm, which was a bit disappointing (3⭐️ for food). Overall, it’s a lovely café to chill, grab a coffee or tea, and enjoy the atmosphere, just wish the food matched the same high standard as the place itself!

Hi the place is very chic and the service is great , the manager Jonathan was very attentive and great help and speaks English very well.

We were shopping at El Corte Engles and looking for a place for quick afternoon snack. Stumbled upon this restaurant and so glad we popped in. The decor and staff so welcoming. We were seated right away and offered menu and drinks order. I had the chamomile tea and they use real chamomile instead of teabag...a plus. My friends' Pasta Carbonara and Ham&Cheese Toasted Sandwich were both well prepared. My Cortty (sandwich) was delish and so well presented. We ended our afternoon snack with Churros. It was hot, fresh, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside.
