My visit was extremely nice, I was pleasantly surprised by staff speaking fluent English:) If you enter the cafe, one drink is included in the price. Cats are very well kept and guests were polite! Worker there told me that cats are frequently adopted!! It was very nice to suport this shelter/cafe on my visit to Madrid and I bought a little catnip treat for my cat back home:)

I really enjoyed my time here. The cats are beautiful and happy. The lady who welcomed me was very nice, and the girl inside who looks after the cats was amazing. You can tell they really care for the cats. It was a wonderful break from a wet rainy day.

Its CATS with coffee (or other beverage) not just coffee with cats. Awesome cats😻 and staff❤️ who are really dedicated to the 🐈🐱🐈‍⬛not typical cat cafe but totally worth to visit! And buy sth from the shop to help the cats - especially items with catified arms of Madrid (whoever invented it is a genius!).

Nice car Shelter / coffee to spend time with lots of fluffy friends. The cats are treated like kings, the space is clean , organized, and they have lots of toys to play with the kitties. You can stay a minimum of 30 min for 6€ or 1 hour. It’s recommended to reserve in advance because sometimes there isn’t enough availability as they only let a few people in at the same time.

I really needed a place like this during my trip to Madrid, and it delivered 💛 I was feeling sad, but spending time here lifted my mood instantly. Located right in the city center, it’s a quiet hidden gem. You pay a small fee and get to play, cuddle, and relax with dozens of cats. The cats are super friendly – one even cuddled in my lap. We gave them some treats (Shanta style!), and they got extra playful. Best part? Not crowded with tourists, just calm, soft fur, and purring. If you love animals, this is a must-visit for cat therapy in Madrid. 🐾
