I buy online; they have excellent teas and coffees. Their customer service is outstanding if something goes wrong. However, the shipping companies they use are among the worst. You have to buy a huge quantity to avoid paying for shipping. They're stingy when it comes to providing any kind of perk to repeat customers who spend at least €80 per order several times a year—at most, a small sachet of some herbal infusion and a very convoluted points-based discount coupon policy that offers very little in return. Even so, online shopping is worthwhile if you're a heavy tea and coffee drinker and what matters most to you is quality and excellent after-sales service, especially if your order doesn't arrive as expected. Other stores don't take responsibility for this aspect of their business, but Cafetearte is a reliable seller.

This coffee and tea product shop is easy to reach. It is well managed and stocked, and the products are always fresh (if this is the way to describe coffee and tea). The prices are competitive. Online orders are equally well executed.

It can be hard to find good coffee in Spain but these guys have outstanding coffee beans at excellent prices and with great service. Could not live without them.

I was disappointed because I was under the impression it was a tea shop. It is apparently a store althoug it was closed all day so I didn't find out.
