Breakfast, coffee & pastries, plus burgers & sandwiches, in a spacious cafe/restaurant at a station....
A coffee shop at the train station, from which you cannot expect too much considering that it is at the train station. The wide selection of drinks and refreshments and service is commendable. However, the food is of poor quality and taste (and it doesn't even seem fresh) and the place is dirty even though the workers try to keep it clean. In other words, a place you visit only in case of need.
The food is extremely overpriced. Paid 14 euros for two pieces of fish and potatoes. Lots of seating inside and they a few different menu options and coffee and sandwiches
Hard to find in the Madrid Train Station (which is truly like The Mines of Moria) but well worth it. Food is good, and tables to enjoy sitting while you wait your train. We only hot drinks but the sandwiches alone looked amazing.
This place overall was dirty probably because it's inside the busy Atocha train station? Food was OK, standard sandwiches, baked goods and espressos. Counter service isn't meant to be person, it's to get people served and moved along so overall it's okay.
The food was a little bland but that could just be me since I’m from the number 1 added sugars country (usa) but the price was good and it had a good menu with sandwiches, coffee, etc.
