80's Coffee

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I've been a regular customer since they opened and have always been treated kindly by some of the staff. However, today's experience was unacceptable. I received careless service and a clearly unprofessional attitude from the staff who were there this morning, Friday, December 12th. They made mistakes with my order (something that happens frequently when they're on duty), and when I pointed it out politely, their response was condescending, agitated, and inappropriate. They even tried to charge me twice for their mistake, despite my explaining that I always order the same thing due to a food intolerance. I deeply regret having to write this, but it's not the first time this has happened with these employees. It's a real shame that a neighborhood establishment, frequented by many families almost daily, allows this kind of treatment of its customers. Whenever I had breakfast with someone, I recommended this place, but after today's experience, I won't be returning, much less recommending a place that treats its customers so rudely.

I've completely lost all desire to come here. Almost all the waitresses (except for one with short hair), even the new ones, are rude. Many times they've served other people who weren't in line, they complain, make faces, or make noises with their mouths if you ask for sugar. This place closes at 10 PM, as the waitress herself said when asked, and as it says on the schedule, but no, she says she closes at 9:15 PM because she has to clean. They should put the closing time down to 9:15 PM, not 10 PM. They want to kick us out at 9:15 PM. She even starts talking to her colleague (like she's being arrogant) about what they told her about closing at 10 PM, and when she looks at us, she goes silent. It's incredibly shameless and disrespectful. This young woman with long black hair, who wears a ponytail and today is wearing cream/brown pants, always provides terrible service, just like some of her colleagues. Besides, they close the restroom way too early. I ordered three empanadas for different people, and they served them all on the same plate and only gave me two sets of cutlery, even though we pointed out in front of one of the plates that they were for three different people. The other cutlery they gave me was for another dessert we had ordered, which they brought us separately. I'm completely disappointed. We always try to be friendly, clearing up and bringing everything to them so they don't have to, but today that didn't happen. If they don't know how to work with the public, they should at least try to hide it.

The place is great... Snack!! 🤤 👀Just a small detail: the smell from the bathrooms was a bit strong.

I visited 80’s Coffee in Madrid and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with its vintage decor. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the drinks were well-made. Everything was clean and tidy, which made for a pleasant visit. It's a great spot in Madrid to enjoy a relaxing coffee and unwind.

I have been working here for days. Super comfy and great breakfast for just 3,50Eur. The owner is very kind and attentive.
