Grumpy team and it’s such an out down early in the morning. We ordered on the app and went to pick at the store . All they have to do is smile and say good morning or hello but both the girls were extremely cold like the weather and refused to even smile. I wonder if they aren’t paid well and are unhappy to be working there. Joe - you can make all the juices you can but if your team doesn’t know how to be human then it isn’t good for your biz! However the team I met last week was nice . My regular now is the muscle up smoothie!
A great spot for fresh, high-quality drinks and light meals. Their juices and smoothies are always refreshing, made with fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. One of my absolute favorites is the tuna sandwich it’s delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, with a perfect texture and seasoning. The atmosphere is modern and lively, making it a great place to grab a quick, healthy bite or enjoy a drink on the go. Highly recommended for juice lovers and sandwich fans alike.
The one in Regent street- Disappointing how we were spoken to. You stand there and they keep working behind the counter in their own world. No acknowledgement even after asking if they are taking the order. It was a blunt stare with a yes. Felt like they were working without any interest. The place looks good but is spoilt by the service.
I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. One of the staff members was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. I simply asked if he could reheat my sandwich, but instead of providing basic customer service, he seemed more focused on watching me through my phone camera than helping. He was Extremely unprofessional and very disrespectful to me and the customers.This behavior left a very negative impression and reflects poorly on the brand. I hope corporate addresses the lack of proper customer service training at this location.
I asked the staff to recommend a juice, and I can’t remember the name, but it was really good! I went back hoping to get the same one, but they said many juices have the same color, so they couldn’t tell which one I had. Overall, I really liked the juice.
