Very helpful staff in this tardis of a souvenir store. I had a small technical issue that needed addressing and these guys managed to help me out. Small keyring trinkets from £1 and fridge magnets from 1.99

My faith in humanity is restored! The kindness shown to me and my daughter helped us get home. After a wonderful day in London together we came out of the theatre to discover that my phone battery had died. The only way to access our train tickets was on my phone. Thankfully we were saved by the kindness shown here when we were allowed to recharge my phone. I can't thank you enough 🌟

Don’t give your money to this business trying to take advantage of people. They tried to charge £2.50 to print off one page black and white. Thankfully I stopped into another business to ask where I could print my ticket and they recommended I go to the library. Victoria library is a 9 minute walk from here near the coach station. You don’t need to be a British citizen but you need some form of ID to get a free membership and use the computers. Printing is 20 pence for b&w and 80 pence for color per sheet.

Awful service, don't go, you'll get conned. The guy tried to rip me off. Price advertised for 50p for black and white print out. I handed him £1 and he said it's £2. When I pointed out the price on the wall, he then put the price up to £2.50. I said I'll leave it. I walked out with no printout and he took my £1. Then he ran after me down the street and handed me my print out. Should be shut down.

Two wonderful gentlemen who work here helped unlock my iPhone when no one else could help me. Very grateful! Were honest and so helpful. Great service! Offered a refund if the unlock didn't work. Would definitely come back.
