Nilesh is a lovely barista! There was a very rude customer in front of me in the queue and he handled them with smile and calm. And he made a very good coffee.

Two delightful young men serving literally the most disgusting not-coffee ever with some kind of watery foam on the top. Almost £5 for drain water. Really opened my eyes as to what this company truly thinks of their customers, to take that much money, make that much profit and not offer good quality coffee.

Need to focus on staff training more. As what is an egg bite doing, nearly handed over uncooked and then free roaming in a bag?

I always pop in to this place to grab a coffee before travelling. I never had any bad experiences in this place. The service is always very nice and helpful. The manager Bart is very friendly and we had a little chat today. The service is also quick and efficient. The girl named Rashwani ( if I spell wrongly I am sorry) is very friendly too. Thanks guys!
