We’ve bought countless coffees here over the years, and it’s always a pleasure. The team are consistently friendly, fast, and welcoming, exactly what you need when you’re passing through a busy station. It’s become our absolute go‑to spot at Waterloo for a reliable coffee and great service every time 😊

This Costa outlet is opposite Platform 11 in Waterloo Station. Service was polite and quick. There is a small seating area upstairs away from the noise of the station concourse.

I have been to this costa plenty of times and always get served by Afia the mornings, she always goes above and beyond for every customer and treats everyone with the upmost kindness. She is amazing at her job and a beautiful soul inside out, the team are so lucky to have her and I look forward to seeing her when I visit this Costa! I hope management recognises Afia’s hardwork and friendliness!

Popped into Costa around 2 PM on a hot Monday, and it was a pleasant surprise. The place was cool, cozy, and spotless, with plenty of seating. The friendly staff had a chat while I waited for my tea. One of the best Costas I've visited in London, for sure.
