Caffè Nero

Place is not clean. Staff small girl with curly hair is so moody she needs to be fired now, no idea how she has a job there and is on her phone flirting with another staff member. Younger, tall dark skin guy actually smiled whilst speaking to me, so they need to follow his example. He made a good coffee too so praise to him. Toilet also looks rank I didn’t dare step in because I was scared of catching something.

We visit the Caffè Nero at OXO Tower almost every morning, and Bilal always greets us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. His friendly attitude and great service make our mornings much more enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure to start the day there thanks to him. A big thank you to Bilal for his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended! ☕️⭐

Quiet and peacefull place to have some hot chocolate. I tried the millionaire hot chocolate, it was too sweet but if you ignore the sweetness then really good overall.

Popped in here whilst on the SouthBank earlier and have to say the service from the Baristas there was outstanding. I ordered a hazelnut Matcha Latte with oat milk, which was well textured,and real tasty! Great work guys!

I had an issue scanning my app during my visit to Caffè Nero, but Ms. Kiran provided exceptional assistance with a very friendly and professional attitude. She not only helped me resolve the issue efficiently but also prepared an excellent cup of coffee that truly brightened my day after a hectic schedule.
