Caffè Nero

Nice looking café 3 café workers, one, a barista in training Saturday afternoon ~ 12.30 midday Café not too busy Lots of plates & cups still on tables Barista trying to do orders One attendant very busily wiping the same point on the counter… repeatedly… for a very long time Was looking to get a toasted sandwich, and maybe a coffee (?) But everyone here just looked completely disinterested in their job, so I left And went to the Korean restaurant next door, and was served instantly. Nice.

Three staff members were behind the counter, yet no one acknowledged me for more than two very long minutes. One person had their back turned cleaning, while the other two were chatting to each other and ignoring me. Nice place, but the flat white was completely flat, with no layer of foam like in other cafés, and the worst brownie I’ve eaten in 16 years of living in London. It was heated until it burned and crumbled into multiple pieces (heated without asking me first, even though I actually prefer it cold), and between the grease and the crumbs it was impossible to eat. I didn’t ask for a replacement because I don’t like to cause any trouble. If you want to ruin your breakfast, this is the right place to go.

Staff are lovely and helpful, and there was plenty of space and nice coffee - great place to visit with small kids

We ordered two hot chocolates and they filled half the cups with foam. The place was nice and busy, so i understand if the tables/seats are not really clean. They should hire more staff. I'm never coming back to this branch.

Very spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning that was a true blessing in the summer heat. The café’s location couldn’t be more convenient and it is just a short walk from the station. I had amazing service from Hajrie, who was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She explained everything clearly and was so helpful throughout. She truly went above and beyond!
