I really love Wuxian milk tea and have visited many times. Every time I walk past, I can’t resist getting a cup. Their drinks are generally light and not overly sweet, and the ingredients taste fresh and high-quality. The Brown Sugar Matcha Milk is a must for matcha lovers, with a rich matcha flavor balanced by caramel-like brown sugar. The Strawberry Brûlée Milk Tea is both pretty and delicious, with fresh strawberries and a smooth pudding-like brûlée. The Mango Pomelo Coconut with coconut jelly is refreshing, fruity, and full of tropical flavor.
Came back to Wuxian Tea specifically for their mango series and I’m so glad I did! The Fresh Coconut Popping Boba Mango (生椰爆珠芒芒) is seriously one of the best mango drinks I’ve had in London. The mango is super fresh and fragrant, paired with juicy coconut chunks and those amazing popping boba that actually burst with coconut flavor. Not too sweet, very refreshing, and the texture is on point. This drink is dangerous — I could easily drink two of these in one go 😂 Definitely one of the top fruit teas in Central London right now.
Finally tried Wuxian Tea on Shaftesbury Ave! The interior has a really nice "New Chinese" aesthetic, very clean and modern. I used the kiosk to order, which was super quick and easy. I ordered their Pistachio Tofu Pudding (开心豆腐), and it honestly lived up to the hype. The pistachio flavor is nutty and rich, and the tofu pudding adds such a silky texture to the drink. It wasn’t overly sweet either. Def one of my new favorite bubble tea spots in Central London!
I’ve had this place saved on my list for a while but finally got the chance to try it. Honestly, I wasn't that impressed. They have many interesting options, but I went with the basic Jasmine Green Milk Tea since reviews said it was good. Personally, I think it’s overpriced; it was almost £7 for a normal size, whereas other places give you a large for that price. While the flavor was good, you can find the same taste elsewhere. Also, I’m not sure what happened during my visit, but I waited 15 minutes for my drink even though it wasn't crowded. The space is small with only a few seats and no tables. Also, they kept calling the number in Chinese. Sure I understand there are a lot of Chinese come here but still there are not. I didn’t get the number since I didn’t understand. It's worth a try if you're curious, but I personally wouldn't come back
I absolutely love the fruit teas at Wu Xian London. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The fruit tea and lemon tea are both super refreshing and well balanced, not too sweet. What really stands out is their perfume lemon — it’s air-flown and completely different from the local lemons you usually find in London. The aroma is so much stronger and fresher, with a clean, bright sourness. I honestly haven’t found this flavour anywhere else in London. Highly recommend if you’re into fresh, citrusy tea drinks!
